Came here since the place across the street closed. Beer selection was great and dinner was just as good. Tried the philo crusted salmon and started off with some "bar" food. Namely Mac and cheese bites. Everything great. Who would of thought to go to a sports bar for philo crusted salmon?

Walked in on a weekday afternoon (6pm)...we stood there for a while without being greeted or seated. A server walked by and said "any of the small tables over there is fine".

This restaurant is tiny. It is extremely loud which is expected of a sports bar. The chairs and tables are made of wood and are not in the least bit comfy. We ordered a coke and sprite and as we looked through the menu we just didn't feel like being there anymore.
Our dinner in the mountain the night before was awful and after yelping the local fare decided on coming here. We ate the warm french bread with butter that was brought out to us and decided on our food.
We ordered the brisket with garlic parmesan fries.
And the a meat sampler type plate (forgot the name, it had beef, pork and chicken) with regular fries. All to go.

The server was nice. She brought us refills while we waited. She had every table in the place to herself so I know she was busy. I guess that explains why she didn't pack any napkins or silverware with our order. It was my fault for not checking until after we got to our destination to see what was in the bag.
    The food was...gross.
I don't know how you mess up french fries but they did. The zucchini that came with the brisket was rubbery. The meats were overly sauced up. The pulled pork was stringy. The sauce that was a bbq sauce tasted more like a ketchup then anything else. It was not a very good sauce and that sauce was on EVERYTHING.
    $43 in the garbage.

Lesson learned. Single star earned for the friendly service.

I just wrote a negative review about a place up in Arrowhead that I have been burned at every time I have tried (Papagayos).  We have a weekend home up here and eat out for most of our meals and 99% of the time we eat at the Grille as we love the place.  After writing the negative review I realized I should throw some positive vibes the Grille's way as it is long overdue.

The Grille is fantastic.  The food is awesome, the place is super clean, and the staff are amazing.  We are up here every couple of weeks and the highlight each trip is getting to see Karen or Jackie who serve us and treat us like royalty.  My young daughters love the place as well (4 and 2 years old).

Most places up here fizzle out fast as the economy has made it hard to keep places open up here.  So there aren't too many choices when it comes to eating out up here.  This place stands out from the rest so make sure you eat here before trying any other place.  The menu isn't your typical bar food menu either as they cater to many different diet types.  They have gluten free food and have enough food options to satisfy my wife's complicated diet as well.  Me???  Well I dont even order anymore as they just bring me my standard meal each time.  Turkey burger with sweet potato fries (the best I have ever tasted).

Finally, they have a huge beer menu and lots of TV's -- including one in the bathroom :).
