Las Vegas Bar

I pass by this bar often and NOT because I frequent there but because I'm a HUGE fan of Vinny's sandwich place next door (FABULOUS SAMMICHES!) Anywho, so I notice that bar is definitely one that's geared toward Latino's however I agree with the other guy who left a review about this spot; I think something else is going on here.  I saw a girl possibly early 20's rush in and her outfit looked very...Uhmm...questionable I guess you could say.  Keep in mind that this is a place that isn't a poppin' night club so her dress attire and the way she looked was definitely questionable.  I'm not going to say what I REALLY think the place is about because of course I don't know first hand, but anywway, DIVE BAR? Yes.  Would I go there? HELL NO.

This is a bar for Hispanics. There were tv's all on hispanic channels, there was loud mariachi music (in spanish) and nothing but all hispanics, I don't think our waitress even knew what we were saying to her.
The beer was all bottles out of a large industrial glass door refridgerator.
I felt like there was something else going on here that I didn't understand- whatever I like the italian place next door so its possible I could be back someday.
