Family friendly, good quality american fare at a reasonable price

I like this place a lot, especially in the summertime. Weekends on the deck with live music? Really great place to hang and enjoy a beautiful summer's eve. [snicker]

Probably the best pizza in town. Always some tasty beers on tap and a friendly staff to boot.

Friendly service and great food! My husband had the beef stew and I had the lobster Mac and cheese which was to die for. Don't miss it! Great place to stop by for a meal while skiing nearby. Wings were great too. Great atmosphere, food & staff!
I have to say, in reading the two reviews for April I was shocked at the lies put forward.
I was actually at the Last Chair Restaurant  the day that James R is talking about. What's funny is that my family was at the tables directly across and over heard the entire conversation. The situation that James R and his party put the restaurant in was not only unfair to the staff and owner but also the the surrounding guest! The party was in no condition to drink alcohol in the first place (especially having to drive little kids after) but they did not care about this. They wanted to intimidate the staff and then the manager. They did not like being told no and they were very rude and aggressive! It was to the point that my family was going to call the cops on Jame's party if they did not leave. The Manager was very polite and professional and explained how they could not drink due to some members of the Jame's party not having identification and I believe another had an expired license. They did not like being told what to do and stole kids cups from a service station and drank the alcohol from others, like they were in high school. When the manager asked them to leave, Jame's group got aggressive with her. I almost stood up but my wife didn't want me to get involved. This is when the owner came out and firmly asked them to leave. He was not abrasive or rude but had to be firm and he was. After listening to the group yelling at him and refusing to pay the bill because they were evicted, he then told them that they could be arrested for not paying. After Jame's group finally left, many tables around us said thank you to both the manager and owner. My family and I have gone to the Last Chair many times and have always had a great experience. It's unfortunate that a reviewer can actually lie about a situation and take no responsibility for their own actions. They don't understand how a review like the one James R gave can really effect a good business. I would not be surprised if the review by Andy is not one of the members of the same James R party as I saw the same reviews on Trip Adviser. The Last Chair is a great spot for families, try it for yourself!
