A hole in the wall with good food. That's how I would describe Legends. I coach high school football and me and my staff are regulars in this place during the football season. Mondays is 2-4-1 burger night, buy one burger get the other one free. They're some of the best burgers I've ever had. Damn good. Tuesday was 25 cent wing night but it got bumped up to 49 cents. The wings are pretty damn good also. The service has always been good to us at Legends.
Review Source:Place started out great. Then went downhill as service was more miss than hit..and very dinerish... Lately although the servers are sweet and hospitable, they are so busy...and not always around, but they have hired buss boys to walk around and help.. The addition of the wall between the dining room and bar was clever..I'm pretty sure this place is here to stay...which is  difficult these days!!!
Review Source:I like this little place tucked away in a random Publix shopping center on Nob Hill and Oakland. Â The only time I make it out there is for trivia on Wednesday nights (go Fighting Mongooses!) I always have a good time. Â The staff is very friendly and the place has got a decent beer selection. Â I've heard that a lot of the food here is good too but I have only really had the French Dip and Turkey Spinach Feta Burger. Â (There's not a lot of healthy options.) One cool thing about this place is that they always have a list of activities or special food deals (Tuesday is $0.25 wings, Wednesday is trivia night, they have football viewing parties etc.) Â I would recommend going to this place if you live in the Sunrise/Plantation area if you're looking for a mellow place to chill.
Review Source:When I think of this place, I think, "Why did Beef o' Brady's have to go out of business?!" It looks the exact same as the old restaurant, but with an added air of redneck and uncleanliness. Â One leg of our table was actually balanced with a stack of napkins. Â Classy. -_-
We began by ordering a bucket of Coors. Â The Bud Light we got was delicious! Â It all tastes the same essentially, so we didn't bother to send back our five already opened bottles. Â There was nothing on the menu that looked remotely appetizing, although the high prices they charged for things were probably 75% responsible for this. Â You can't even get an appetizer for under $7. Â However, if you're a fan of $7 PB&J sandwiches, this is the place for you...they even have Fluff!
Their 12-15 TV's are mostly tuned to sports, which is pretty expected for a sports bar. Â When they changed the one TV that we were watching to the same sports channel that was already on four of the other TV's in the bar, my friend asked our waiter if he'd mind turning it back. Â He gave us a sassy remark about people wanting to watch sports...if it weren't for some random customer coming up and offering us leftover cupcakes from their birthday party, this place wouldn't even get 2 stars.
My suggestion? Â Go to the Publix in the plaza, get some beer, and go home. Â Don't even bother with this place.
