Lily Pad Cafe

If you want a good burger that's cheap, the Lily Pad is the way to go. We drive from Eureka just for the burgers but they also have great daily specials for about $6 per plate. I don't know what they do to the burgers but they are way better than anything we've had anywhere else. I asked several of the staff why its so good & they shrug! They don't use anything special like Angus meat but the condaments are crisp & fresh on every hambuger we've had. Soft non-greasy buns. Free sodas. Killer steak fries. Cheesebuger. All for about $6.25 plus you can hit the penny slots when your done. The only draw back is the smoke. Smokers have no respect there. Women sitting next to me at the slots had her fag about 6 inches from my face. There's no smoking at the Lily Pad tho...
