I must admit, there is a soft spot in my heart for Teppanyaki. It might not be the most hip/trendy style of food in 2011 but I still partake often. Â I ordered my food to-go and it came out super quick. The bartender taking my order was friendly and attentive.
I loved:
The soup - bright and nearly clear but very flavorful
The salad - I chose the ginger dressing which was perfect.
Veggies - Fresh and still crispy. There's nothing worse than overcooked, mushy veggies.
Just OK:
The meat - Decent quality and cooked about what you would expect.
Noodles and rice - A little greasy for my taste. - I would always rather have bean sprouts over the noodles but I failed to ask if I could substitute.
Overall, pretty darn good grub!
