Asia Express

While the outside may look plain, inside is clean and the staff is friendly. There Chinese is one of the best in Springfield and their ingredients fresh. On the counter is a Vietnamese menu with other awesome entries as well.

If you're looking for the 'typical' Chinese experience Asia Express will scratch that itch. If you want to try something a bit outside of the 'norm' their Vietnamese menu will have enough variety to please even picky eaters.

I have tried a lot of there Vietnamese options and a few of their Chinese options and I have yet to get something that wasn't well prepared. They have said everything they make is fresh and I've challenged them on that and surprisingly, they always come through. Normally, it isn't shocking to see places just go for frozen for egg rolls or other cheap appetizers. However, when I went with some friends who wanted the egg rolls vegetarian, they didn't bat an eye to make them without meat.

This is my go-to for Chinese in Springfield, give it a try and I think it'll be your go-to as well.
