Although after being seated at a hard plastic fast-food bench seat (all they've got) and looking up to find QVC on the TV, I was a little apprehensive, but upon receiving the food I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered Potrillos Empanadas (think apple turnover without the apple but with meat) which also came with a chile relleno (and rice/beans, what doesn't). Upon slicing into the chile, though, I was surprised to find it contained not beef, but ... potato! Â OK, that's different, but not bad. The empanadas were good, and weren't too bad with the white cheese sauce either. Salsa was decent, beans had a good flavor too. I would definitely consider eating here again. If just weren't for the hard bench seats ...
Review Source:Sadly I could not give this over three stars due to the first impressions. The restaurant leaves one with the feeling that they are dining at a dark dated breakfast place. This place truly needs some remodeling if it plans to compete with the growing business population. Moving on to the appetizers it is difficult to find any joy in a cheese dip made from melted watered down American cheese. The menu hints to taste of jalapeño however one could argue that the hue of jalapeño if vague and challenging to taste. The fajitas give this place a spot on the map and certainly fill the room with a pleasant aroma. The sizzling sound of this delectable dish makes your neighboring table envy that they did not choose your dish. The Texas nachos arrived with surprise of rather large shrimp unlike the usual 71 - 90 count baby shrimp. This dish certainly was worth  a try. The dinner was finalized with a taste of over cooked flan which lacked appearance. This dish had the texture of scrambled eggs with sugar. Perhaps a sauce or even some whipped cream could have helped with the overall impression of the dish.
My final impression was great service but overly priced food.
We have eaten here many, many many times & never a bad experience. The food, staff & customer service are WONDERFUL. The staff is professional & will do their very best to make sure you are pleased with your meal. Prices are reasonable & food is made to order. If you like it spicier then the average joe or not as spicy as the average sally, they will adjust it for you. The fruit Sangrias are delicious with fresh fruit in them, beer is cold!! The salsa & guacamole are fresh & delicious. Definately worth visiting!! I guarantee you will be back for more!
