Lucky Ranch Grill

This is one of the newer places in Lampasas, and we decided to try it out after church Sunday afternoon.  Ordered a hamburger and oyster po-boy.  Both arrived with a very artistic, but skimpy, swirl of dressing and more had to be requested.  Food was okay, service was very laid back and very leisurely.  Had live music during this Sunday lunch.  Christian praise-type music which would be fine, but was highly amplified.  The musician was in the main dining room, we sat in an adjoining room and were reduced to communicating via texts because of the noise levels.  Waiter wandered off and sat down with the musician & groupies and forgot to bring us our check until I flagged down the manager and asked for it.  Not a relaxing Sunday lunch.
