  This is a McMenamins.....Need I say more.  The food is good, the service is on the slow side, but you don't go to McMenamins to rush a meal, you go to relax and chill and enjoy.  The good food makes it worth the wait.

  This place was a bit of alright! Hit this spot in a misguided effort to see all the spots at Edgefield in one night. VERY crowded, but it worked. Threw some darts with a few friends while waiting for a movie to start. Beers were good, everyone was friendly and as efficient as could be expected with such an insane crowd. I look forward to going back soon. I'll bring my own darts though.

  Lucky's was the standard Mcmins experience, they were crowded and service was slow as normal, not to the fault of the waitress, yes THE waitress because I am pretty sure I only saw one for the entire room.  The food was pretty good standard pub fair minus fried foods (none on the menu).  
  
  My group started out with the hummus platter which would have been mediocre if not for the walnut pomegranate dip, man this was good and thusly I just bumped my rating from 2 to three stars just for the dip.  
  
  We then went to to share two mini pizzas which in my opinion where a tad over priced and the BBQ chicken pizza was a bit well dull.  I don't know what it was I really wish I did, maybe the BBQ sauce was just flat but the pizza lacked zing.  
  
  All this being said, great place to go for some pool and some food I would say shuffleboard but there is only one and the line can be long so for that I would venture over to Blitz Ladd.

  We were staying here and decided that everyone wanted to eat outside on a nice Saturday night.  
  
  We decided to avoid most of the crowds and the kids in this saloon located in the basement of the hotel.
  
  They have some great looking pool tables down here.  We didn't play any pool but had dinner and some drinks.
  
  The server we had was nice but really didn't seem that interested in us.  Yes, it was busy but he could have been a bit more attentive.
  
  We ordered some pizza which honestly came back burned on the outer edge.  So much so that I only ate the inside of the pie.  I didn't dare send it back as you never know when they will bring another one.
  
  We got out of there just as it was getting busier but this was definitely more preferable than some of the other places on site.
  
  I'd try it again.

  Located in the basement of McMenamin's Edgefield, this bar has a definite "divey" feel but the food and alcohol are pure McMenamin's.  Which is a good thing.
  
  I didn't play pool...I didn't come here to play pool, I came here to get away from the crowds and the rugrats.  What an awesome relief.  I like the rest of Edgefield too (most of the time), but this is a nice getaway within the getaway.
