Sketchy-ass dive. My friends and I used to come hang out when we were 16 because we could drink and smoke underage and get away with it--nothing's changed in ten years. Last time I was here there were people too drunk to stand who were still being served, and some kid who was buying me shots all night turned out to be 19. In a city with a huge drinking and driving culture, this is a little scary. One female bartender in specific will kick you out of the bar if you look at her wrong or say the wrong thing to her, which has happened to multiple people I know.
In an area where almost every single bar is a dive with cheap drinks and a pool table, why anyone would choose Lucky's is beyond me.
