Maddox Ranch House Restaurant

The rolls...!!! Oh, my goodness, the rolls! They seriously have the best bread I've ever tasted. I've never had bread anywhere else that literally melts in your mouth. It was a mix of being undercooked or cooked just right, but whatever it was, I loved it. The raspberry butter was good too, never had that anywhere else before.

The skinless fried chicken was okay, not the best ever, but it was fine. Also, I thought I'd read it was boneless(?), but I can't remember as it's been a couple weeks now. It did have bones, which is the only reason I wonder if it actually said boneless. My husband and I wanted to try the buffalo, but neither of us are red meat eaters and $30 for a steak we only wanted to take a bite of was a bit much. I'll stick with the chicken.

Or maybe just fill up on rolls next time. ;)

Maddox has been a place of refuge and relaxation for me. In fact, it has become a tradition for my friend and I to visit your restaurant as a way to unwind after a stressful work week.  However, the last several
times we have been guests of your restaurant we are told that you are out of soup.
The intial time this happened we were disappointed but not too concerned.  
The next time I thought, this can't be this hard of a problem to remedy...
The most recent time, July 5th we actually took the initiative to inquire with our waiter as soon
as we arrived and prior to giving him our order if you were out of anything. He said he would check and
after a few minutes he came back and assured us you weren't out of anything.
We then ordered our meals with both of us ordering soup.  My friend was skeptical and said watch them be out of soup. I assured my friend that it would be different this time. I was embarrassed when our waiter returned a few minutes later to tell us there was no more
soup. This has now happened the last three times I've been to your
restaurant.  I find this very disappointing.

I come to your place of business  because I expect the food to be homemade and to have enjoy your specialty items that are unique to your restaurant. One of these items happens to be the soup.

I request that due to the cost of travel and being that this problem has become recurring I ask that you remedy this with a voucher or gift certificate and that you rectify the issue by finding a system to more realistically ensure enough food is prepared as well as making sure the waiters/waitress provide guests with the correct information prior to accepting the orders.
