Probably the worst dinning experience I have ever had. Everything went wrong. The beer was flat. Our service was terrible. My ribs had this greasy char on them and my wife's crab cakes were ice cold in the middle giving away that they were frozen then microwaved. The place smelled so thick of grease probably because the kitchen hasn't been cleaned in a long time. I will not be returning.
Review Source:We drive by it all the time. Â It just sits there very quietly watching us go by and not saying a word... so this past weekend we decided to stop in and try their lunch menu.
Overall, I would say that it was OK. Â It was not fantastic, it was not bad. Â The food was agreeable if not great. Â I have the White Russian sandwich (steak, provolone, sauce) and wifey had a Prime Rib sandwich. Â They were both adequate, although most places server a Prime Rib sandwich as a steak on break, this was chipped steak on a roll. Â Again, it was OK but they lost some points because of that.
We also had the french onion soup, which was good but not great, and the Main Street Fries. Â The Main Street Fries were very good.
I'm not sure how often we will return, the Bally Hotel is right down the street and overall has better food in a nicer atmosphere for roughly the same price.
Good choice for a quick bite and a brew.
A step above your typical Pub in both food and service. Large menu
with weekly specials, mostly burgers, cheesesteaks, and the like.
Some attempt is made to offer a few some what upscale entrees.
I recommend staying with the standard fair.
Wish they had more beer choices.
