So far the best place we ate in since we came to cape coral.4 of us dinned there and the food was very good.I'm a transplanted
New Yorker and left with a good impression. The wait staff were pleasant and attentive, with a little humor added in.Our server was Stephinie, what a great wait person.
Best food we've had in Cape Cora! The fettuccini alfredo (including homemade sauce) was amazing, and they even made me a white pizza that wasn't on the menu. Fresh garlic and mozzarella. Â We loved it! If they don't have a pizza oven, I'd be amazed. They even make a homemade italian dressing that was fabulous. Â Delicious food! We will go there again! Â Service was very good. Â We also appreciated the bus boy cleaning both tables and chairs.
Review Source:Prompt Service. Big variety on menu. Table seating is crowded and awkward. Â Food was disappointing. Calamari was adequate. Escarole soup was cloudy and tasted of too much vinegar. Eggplant was without any dynamic flavor, just saucy and cheesy. Our fairly inexperienced waitress apologized constantly, which was a bit unnerving. Waitress stated bar service was beer and wine, but I noticed alcohol bottles near the cash register. When I asked what they were the response was " I don't know." Conveniently located next to Marquis Cinemas. Â A sandwich might be better next time.
Review Source:Okay, so I'm trying to get my "Italian fix" and tried  Mania Bene take out. We ordered a small thin crust pizza and lasagna to share. The pizza was "okay" meatball, onion, and certainly better tasing that their next door competitor. (visited last week-didn't review). The lasagna came with a side of spaghetti (surprise) and the lasagna was mabe two thin layers covered in cheese (strange) the "sauce or gravy" was mild with hints of garlic- you can do better with Publix selection- really we're not that picky........
