  One word: BULLSEYES!  These mini, personal size calzones RULE! Fresh dough, fresh cheese, oh, and when I say cheese, I mean CHEESE (no scrimpy portions here) and your pick of one topping.  I did bacon, and MAN it was good.  Only $2 for the most awesome pizza deal this side of the Mississippi.  Yes, I will be back and have another, Thanks Matador's. Keep up the good work, it's great to see young owners taking the bull by the horns and gettin' it done right!

  The best Pizza around, hands down. Breadsticks and Calzone both are worth the trip alone.... You wont find this anywhere else.

  terrific pizza.....living in a small town does have its advantages....NO franchise at this place....adults and kids agree.....they make a great pizza.....fresh and made to order..average wait time....We have become locals in this  place...(my son even goes after school before games sometimes for a calzone)....worth every bite........Owned by a nice young couple...friendly....and hard working....good prices....

  I consider myself to be a pizza connoisseur. Pizza is either really good or really terrible and there are very few that are just OK. Matador's was by far one of the best pizzas I have ever had, and I am not exaggerating at all. You can truly taste their fresh, high quality ingredients and the love that goes into every pizza pie.
  
  My first experience with Matador's was in December shortly after their grand opening. They were busy, which was good to see with a new business. My fiance and I ordered the Vacation pizza and a side of Cajun breadsticks. This pairing (for me) was phenomenal! I am still raving about this first experience 3 months later and can't wait to go back when I'm home. I relocated to Chicagoland and after sampling the many styles of pizzas here, let me just say that Chicago has some fierce competition!
  
  They also offer calzones, salads, breadsticks, cheesesticks, and Faygo soda.
  
  The passion that the owners exude to please every customer is admirable and quite rare in most restaurants.
  
  The next time you have a pizza craving, let Matador's alleviate your hunger - You'll thank me later!
  
  Shop local - It's the cool thing to do!
