McAlister's Deli

Terrible example of McAlisters. SLOW service. Cold food. On this trip only the men's restroom was functional. Skip this location.  Poorly managed.

Same experience as Sandra H. A day ago. Kitchen chaotic and orders not coming out. We left after 35 minutes and did not eat. Other customers waited for refunds. First time to this location and we normally love McAlisters. May have just caught this one on a bad weekend.

Not a good experience: While traveling through Jackson, Ms we wanted to stop for a reliably good quick meal. We ordered our lunch and waited twenty minutes before inquiring about our order. We were told it would be out soon. We waited another 10 before I asked to speak to the manager. He was "too busy" to speak to me except to peek his head through the service window. He said they had run out if plates. Meanwhile, at least five or six others we asking the same question about their orders. After an additional 15 minutes our food came out cold.  We muddled through our meals and  still nothing from the manager, not even an I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Total waiting time...45 mins. Not acceptable!
