  Visited McDonald's Restuarant about 4 months ago to get a large cup of coffee.  The Restaurant is located at the followng:
  
  Belvidere Oasis[20]
  
  I-90 (Jane Addams Memorial Tollway)
  
  54.5 miles (87.7 km)
  
  just east of Rockford, Illinois in Belvidere, IL
  
  42.23343°N 88.834567°W.
  
  I received my coffee and headed down the highway.  Unknown to me the starfoam cup had a small hole in the bottom of it.  Well it caused quite a mess in my car and also on my clothing.  It leaked on my car floor carpet and all over my clothes.  To make a long story short the cup of coffe costed me over $35 dollars with the clean up.  I reported it to McDonald's (800-244-6227) ....... They said someone would get back to me.  I never heard a thing from them ..... still waiting 4 months.  This sure has changed my opinion on McDonalds  .............. I guess when you are a huge corporation WHO CARES someone will always go there.  I thought they had better sense.

  OH. MY. GOODNESS.
  
  This location DEFINITELY knows how to take the "fast" out of "fast food".  It took over a half and hour to order and get our food.  No exaggeration.
  
  So there were two checkout people and one line formed so people could go to the next available teller.  Cool, right?  Well it was until random people decided to make their own plan. And until one of the cashiers LEFT.  When I was next in line.  But by the time the guy was ready for the next person, some random people decided to make another line in his line, so all the people who had been waiting in line for the last 15 minutes got shafted.
  
  So we finally got to order.  We had two kids' meals and a diet coke (oh, btw, this location doesn't do the any size for $1.  Their medium is 1.79 and everything else is really upcharged).
  
  It took over 15 minutes to get our food.  Chicken nuggets and fries.  Very standard.  
  
  Completely understaffed.  very mismanaged. VERY disorganized.

  I believe this is supposed to be the McDonalds at Belvidere Oasis on I-90 near Rockford.
  
  The Belvidere Oasis is built on an overpass, and there are a dozen or so businesses inside-- Starbucks, McDonalds, etc.  However, it used to be only a McDonalds.  A giant, giant McDonalds with thousands of cars rushing under it twenty four hours a day.
