  I hit their drive thru frequently, and it's the slowest fast food experience I typically ever encounter. The ladies are slow, unfriendly, and seem apathetic about their jobs.
  
  My latest wait, today, was 12 minutes. Hardly fast food ;)

  My snack-wrap was pretty gross. There was way too much sauce on it. They did get it out pretty quickly which is important for a drive-thru. I can't speak for the inside of the restaurant but the drive-thru is clean enough and the employees are friendly. There's a trash can at the end of it, which every drive-thru should have. The location is convenient since it's right next to a gas station.

  Welcome to Italy!
  
  On a boring drive from Dallas to Gatesville on 35E in the early morning I get a craving for food. Any food. And caffeine. Any kind of caffeine. So I see the sign for Italy, Texas and think "awww sweet!" and exit the highway. I was expecting just a typical old McDonalds. But this one is located in a nice, clean shopping centre area. This is one of the cleanest McDonalds I have ever received a McGriddle from. And even better - the soda machine. They have Diet Dr Pepper! And it is not flat! Great success.
  
  The order was ready to go very quickly, even though there had been a line of people and more orders to be taken care of behind me. All in a good operation here.

  Nice clean well lit McDonalds inside the large Tiger Mart (Exxon) Truck Stop with a Grandy's restaurant and drive through.   Friendly staff, fresh hot food and coffee.   Great place to stop when out on Hiway I35E late at night.
