McDonalds Restaurants

Bus pulled in and they only had 1 register open....and made 1 girl take every order during a mad rush. Boo on that

Unfortunately this is one of the few restaurant options in town.  If you want a guarantee that your order will be wrong and want the food to be unappetizingly greasy, go here.  If not, try ANYWHERE else, except for that lame Italian restaurant down the street.

Don't go to this McDonald's! It's located off I-94 at Exit 69 in Mauston, across the street from Kwik Trip and Subway.  There's a weird access road entrance to this location which is hard to see in the dark. And although there's a big drive through, it's not 24 hours.

Although this is a new building with new bathrooms, they were neither clean nor stocked.  Three of the four stalls in the women's room had no paper; the soap dispensers were empty; the trash cans were overflowing all over the floor; and the floors were sloppy and wet.

Counter service was similarly awful. The cashier was slow and clueless - and all we ordered were an apple and a cherry pie off the dollar menu.  This location definitely needs better management. Until then, stay away!
