I made a trip to Arthur Avenue in the Bronx to check out Michaelangelo's Little Italy. This is what I've been expecting from an Italian restaurant in NYC -- incredibly delicious food! From the bread with a sundried tomato and garlic dipping sauce, to the Gorgonzola Pear salad with candied walnuts, to the homemade fettuccine with spinach and broccoli in a creamy Alfredo Sauce, to desert, (Tiramisu), every bite was better than the last. A note to vegetarians and vegans: lots of delicious meatless options. I give this place a whole-hearted Five Star Review! I've only given one other 5 Star review for Italian in NYC, Enzo's in Morris Park, but Michaelangelo's might just be better. Well worth a visit!
Review Source:I have gone here twice and each time was great. The most recent visit was in June for my husband b-day.  So relaxed and the service was amazing./ The only reason why  it didn't  get all five stars was that, I though my main dish  was a little salty. The sangria was the best. Rice balls really good.
All in all a great backyard for friends to get together for drinks and a relaxing time. We def recommend for  a good time.
