You can probably read a thousand reviews of various Moe's here on Yelp and get an idea of what the chain is about.
Moe's is not authentic Mexican. It's a "fast casual" restaurant, patterned after "Willie's" in Atlanta. It's not great in my book, but it's not all bad.
I usually get a bowl instead of a burrito and use a large portion of their green tomatillo salsa and a small amount of their hot sauce on top. If you didn't, it would be really bland. I tend to ask for the mushrooms and other extras to punch-up the flavor as well.
Someone here calls it overpriced. You can expect to spend a little over $10 per person for dinner with a drink. The portions tend to be too big for my tastes. You could easily order one burrito and split it for two people.
I've not had a bad experience at this location. Everyone has always been friendly. You won't have a great meal here, but I doubt it will be bad.
