Totally agree with the other reviews. Â Just have not gotten the chance to get to this site lately. Â Â We live on Washington, and used to LOVE going down to the CCB if just for a drink and to sit in the open windows looking out across to Henry Law Park. Â
I guess it's better than the space being vacant, but it really is too bad the new owner's couldn't do more with this space. Â Just at least pick a direction! Â Are you guys a bar, a club, a sports hangout, a dance club, an eatery or what?
Mojito's took over the old Crescent City Bistro Space on Washington near Central, and I'm really disappointed. Maybe it's because I'm not in their target audience. They seem to be going after the 21 to 25 party crowd. They have a menu and they serve food. But really, the food is an afterthought to the drinks and the clubbing. Also, they happened to irk me with a bait and switch on their menu. They claim they have a "build your own" hamburger where you can choose from a list of toppings to add to their basic burger, but they don't specify 1) that the toppings cost extra or 2) how much the toppings are.
While it's not surprising that I was charged for my cheese and avocado, I really would have appreciated having full information when making a decision.
Finally, I really wish that a restaurant in this town would do a better job of training their servers. I have yet to be impressed by any service at any of the restaurants in Dover.
