I can't decide if I love or hate the brick...sometimes I have a great experience there, and sometimes it is downright awful. I go often because it is a convenient location and pretty well priced...but there is not hostess, you are supposed to seat yourself, and because it is so small and packed, sometimes you have to either wait a very long time to get a place to sit, or literally wait by someone's booth until they leave. Also, since you seat yourself, many times you go unnoticed by the wait staff for a looong time. A friend and I once waited a half-hour just to get someone to take our drink order. And we had been trying to get someone's attention! The food selection is meh, the wait staff will tell you the kitchen is open, hand you a menu, then come back two minutes later and take the menu out of your hand and say the kitchen is closed. The noise level at this place is ridiculous...I get it that it is a music place, but why are the "unplugged" shows so loud that you cannot speak to anyone at your table unless your literally shouting? Overall there are much better in places in Dover to go...I'm really not so sure why this place is so popular.
