Moore's Country Store

Two hot dogs all the way please. Every time I come to Lynchburg I make a stop here. Just be aware you will leave smelling like onions and hot dogs.

My wife and I stopped here while vacationing.  The Millisa burger 5 star. Everything is homemade.  Banana pudding 5 star.  Stopped the next day for breakfast just as good except they were cutting onions in the kitchen and 3 of 6 of us eyes were watering pretty good by the time we left.  Good conversation with the locals and would stop here again.  Great customer service as well.  Will be stopping again before I return home for more banana pudding.7

This new Moore's just opened in September (2010) and is every bit as good as their flagship location on 29.

I love Moore's hot dogs! Chili & Slaw: spicy, kinda white-trash, but so delicious. Whenever I'm in town I eat these things for lunch almost every day.
