Mug Shotz

I have been here on several occasions and love it! They have really great daily drink specials, great food (wings are excellent and the buffalo chicken sandwich was huge!) and really friendly staff. I'll keep coming back!!

UPDATE: Had the fried mushrooms and they are the best I've ever eaten, hands down!

Not really sure where to start with this... Myself and 5 friends arrived at about 11:30 today (their 2nd Friday since they opened), and didn't get our food until 12:45.  This wouldn't be so bad if it weren't for the fact that there were only about 8 other people in the bar at the time. This included a party of 5 that got there 10 minutes after* we did and somehow got their food and left about 15 minutes before we even got ours.  

The food wasn't bad, but nothing to write home about.  The fish sandwich was just a fried piece of fish on a regular hamburger bun without many toppings.  The buffalo chicken burger wasn't even breaded and fried but grilled instead (the menu said fried).  It tasted decent, but again, not nearly as good as a few other restaurants around town.  Unfortunately a friend of ours that ordered something to go today got the same thing, but without the cheese and bacon that it comes with...

The one waitress that was working there today was nice enough, however the cook obviously did not know what he was doing.  2 of the people I went with were there on Wednesday and mentioned that they had 1 other waitress there at the time, so why they would only schedule 1 cook and 1 waitress for a Friday is a bit beyond me.

The atmosphere is pretty nice though - everything is clean and the mug shots of various famous people around the room are pretty funny to look at.  Would be nice if they had more though!  Hopefully the place can hire a few more people (mainly cooks!) here soon before they ruin their chances of succeeding.  

The waitress did give us 25% off for our wait, but then overcharged me somehow on the two tickets I paid for.  The bill was $15 for a fish sandwhich & coke (it was $4.49 on the ticket), and mine should have been around $7 minus the discount since I had the buffalo chicken sandwich and a water... so yeah, not sure how that ended up being $15, but we literally didn't have time to stick around and find out.

Oh well.
