  The place is not called T.J. Mulligan's, two years ago, the new owner changed it to simply Mulligan's.
  
  Your quintessential pub.  Good choice of beers, fair amount of TVs, and nice layout.
  They have Buzztime Trivia too!  That is why we went here.
  
  The menu is your standard fair, which is kinda a let down.  They play off the "Irish" theme but there is not unique dishes (Sheppard's Pie, Bangers and Mash, Stew, etc).  Just sandwiches and salads ($7-1$13), The appetizers ($6-$12) were the same crap you can get in the freezer section at Sams.  No fish and chips even :(
  We did not order food or see any plates, so I cannot rank on that.  
  
  We went on a Sunday, so it did smell of old beer & stale cigarettes... but HEY! That's why we go to bars on Sunday right?  The volume on the TVs was very good.  They have daily drink specials and weekly team trivia too.  It did like the fact that there is no smoking weekdays (before 6pm), catering to the lunch crowd I assume.
