Hair in food, 3 separate visits. Staff doesn't care and makes it clear, including the GM.

Sad to say that tonight was not the first night a hair was found in the food here. Friends were here about a year ago and there was a small, black, curly hair in the soup. After not going for a year because of that experience, we decided to try it again. Everything started out good and then about halfway through my entree, there was a small black curly hair under the shrimp and fries. When we said something to the waiter, he said the people in the kitchen were supposed to have on hair nets, but you know how that works sometimes. So after only eating half of my entree because or the hair, I totally expected my meal would have been taken off of the approx $100 bill. But of course it was not. So I spoke with the manager and she kind of snickered when I told her what happened and said it was a little surprising because none of the cooks have hair. And I went on to tell her about how it happened about a year ago and she just said, well isn't that coincidental. She took my meal off and I decided to take my plate to her while walking out to show her, and she just laughed. Someone in my party said, so that's funny there is a hair in the food and the manager said, yea, it actually is. So it must be a common occurrence since the manager could only laugh.

Nice view and cheap drinks (even after happy hour). $4 drinks with house liquor! But of a wait. Crabcakes are heavily breaded and fried, but the fried shrimp (says popcorn on menu but is bigger sized shrimp) is the way to go! Delicious homemade cocktail sauce and honey butter--a must!! Service was a bit slow, but wait staff was very friendly! A bit of a wait, but there is a bar you can wait at.
