Stand Up Carolina Comedy Club

When you need a good laugh, or when you just need a form of entertainment that's away from the boardwalk, this comedy club will probably be your best bet.  Stand Up Carolina has a nice intimate atmosphere, with a great appetizer menu (nachos with kick).  

The drink menu looked okay, but the drinks were very, very watered down.  I know that this may not be a shock to most, because that's what clubs do.  However, if after consuming two martinis, I still got no buzz.... Well, let's just say that I probably would've been better off ordering a beer.  

The up-and-coming comedian I saw provided a nice evening of entertainment,  and only for a $10 charge.  There were more senior citizens in the crowd than I expected; but, they, too, were comic relief.  I'd go back....
