Local bar, eight taps, Bud, Miller, Rolling Rock, Yuengling, Stella, Brooklyn Ale, Guinness, one which I don't recall. Â Back bar is very limited. Fourteen seats at the bar, plus 10 four tops and a couple of two tops. Several tables on the front patio with umbrellas. Seems to attract an older crowd at lunch. Â Across from the Somerset Patriots stadium.
Decor is a bit down scale but it's a neighborhood joint, not a dive bar. Â Three flat screens behind the bar. Â Sirius radio on playing rock and roll. Bartender at lunch today also was our waitress. Â Friendly and efficient. Â Food came out of the kitchen promptly. Â We split the crab cake appetizer which was good but not special. Â We both had cheeseburgers - good beef, cooked properly, decent roll, fries were very nice.
OK for a quick lunch. Â Cheeseburger with fries was only $7.95 plus tax.
Love this place. Â They have outside seating which i enjoy in the warm months. Â The food is great. Â My favorite is the Zesty Ziti. Â It's AMAZING. Â Portions are ample. Â Service and prices are very good too. Â I really like going here before a Somerset Patriots game because it's so close. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Review Source:I used to eat lunch here all the time when I worked in Somerset, I couldn't get enough of their club sandwiches. Once I had a much needed change of employment in another town, I kind of forgot about the WBI.
Until last summer, when I saw them on http://restaurant.com. I went here for dinner. We sat outside and ordered the four cheese pasta, a comfort food style baked macaroni dish. Delicious, and enough for 2 large meals. My husband got the zesty ziti, which was equally large and yummy. The service was great and the drinks were well made and reasonable.
