Decent restaurant, bad experience. Had relatives stay at Inn and we recommended restaurant for breakfast. They beat us to the restaurant and had gotten a table for 4. We brought an extra guest who had stopped by to visit us at last minute. We asked if they could accommodate an extra person and the host (a guy) was rude and suggested we get back in line and told our relatives they could "learn to count." Another table offered to slide over a foot to make room for another chair and problem was solved no thanks to host. No matter how polite most the staff was, underlying rudeness would result in our never recommending the inn or restaurant again and we won't return.
Review Source:I have been reading reviews about Nottingham Inn, decided to give it a try. It is a family style restaurant.  The food was very good, the service was excellent.  I would definitely go back there.  The menu is not  huge, but all the meals looks excellent.  The place was packed.  The are specials every night, and I would recommend trying them.
The prices are reasonable. Â The locals are trying to keep this place a secret!
Second time I have dined here and the service, food, and atmosphere are the quality of a four star restaurant in little cozy family restaurant/inn.
I has the special tonight of lamb chops, peas w/bacon, and baked potato logs. The lamb was the best I've had in 48 years. The  presentation of their dishes as stated are that of a four star establishment at down home prices.
