Food was OK.

A few of the items in the dishes we ordered seemed really fresh, while it was very obvious where canned products or other less than fresh ingredients were used.

Only one server who sat watching the television while we dinned. Which made it quite awkward when you needed a refill. Oh, and stay away from the pre-made margaritas and daqs. Nothing but sugar and drink mix.

I wish Ramsey would stop by here and help these folks out! I would love some great Mexican food in 21911.

The previous reviews were pretty much spot on.  

Service is slow.  Make sure you visit when you are not hungry because by the time you get your food, you will be.....

The steak did seem like a chopped cheesesteak meat.  That was disappointing, but the chicken was pretty good.

After eating at La Tolteca for years, this is a hard place to swallow.

Really nice place. I have been here several times with many different people and everyone has always been impressed. The restaurant and bathroom are always spotless and the food is really good and authentic. The staff is very friendly and attentive and food and drinks come out quickly. I have never had a bad meal or service here.
