We decided to give Ocean World another try after decidedly meh experiences several years ago. Â The food...exemplified american-ized "entry level" sushi. Â Every roll is doused in "spicy sauce" and I always find this to be a sign the fish is not very good. Â We requested no sauce and I was right. Â The rolls were poorly constructed and fell apart. Â The fish was low quality. Â It was some of the worst sushi we've had in a long time. Â There are so many better choices in Indy for sushi, so we won't be back. I will say the service is quite good and they did honor our requests for removing the sauce and some other changes.
Review Source:This is the best sushi in Indy. Â It's always fresh and never too fishy. Â The place is always busy too which is an indication that it is good and that the food moves quickly. The service is pretty good but a pet peave of mine is when they try to "memorize" the order but they don't actually memorize it and you don't get everything you ordered. Just write down the order! Â We have had the same waitress twice and both times she forgot a role we ordered. Â It won't prevent us from going back though.
