Ohiowa Cafe

If you happen to find yourself in Ohiowa take a few minutes and stop in at the cafe. The decor is a bit dated but the TV works, the beer is cold, and the hamburgers are hot and fresh and yes, made by hand. For the locals it's a great place to get ice too.

I'm consistently impressed by the quality of food at small town restaurants.  This one is definitely one to write home about.  I had 2 of the juiciest hamburgers I've ever had.  The burgers were handmade and cooked to perfection.  I was left wondering why all the places in Omaha can't have burgers like this?  (Maybe because they start off frozen?)  Not only was the food fantastic but the prices were as well.  A hamburger goes for $2.75 at this joint!  You can't beat small town prices.  If you're in the area, definitely check this place out.

NOTE:  The grill closes at 1pm sharp for lunch, so make sure you're not late.
