  Tons of great beers on tap, and many more in bottles to suit whatever flavor you could want. I agree with the other post, this is not a fine dining experience, but if you want a fun bar to shoot some pool and watch the red sox, this is the place! The pub food is pretty tasty, especially the french fries, and the home-made wing sauce is amazing. Bar tenders are always very friendly and attentive with excellent knowledge about the beers to help you find just the right beer for you. By far my favorite place in the area!

  Been to the Kilkenny a few times.... without a doubt the best local place for a wide selection of beer.  Much improved since the reopening a couple years back!
  
  I've only been during "happy hour" where most pints are only $2.50....a deal and a half!  They have about 35 brews on tap and a decent pub menu.  Wings were excellent!
  
  Not sure about the experiences others have posted about.  I have always had prompt and attentive service.  Keep in mind this is a bar... not a 5-star restaurant.
  
  If great a great selection of brews, darts, table tennis, sports on TV, a kickass jukebox, and pool are your thing.... definitely check out the new and improved Kilkennys!

  never been here so stopped in for a brew....they had just opened for the day....big place, sort of dark and smelled like a bar room....games in front and a pool table. a lot of drafts with a pretty good selection, beer was pretty cheap.....but service was awful...we were the only people here at the start and we got barely a helloo, later some regulars came in and the bar tendress went and sat by them and played with the cell phone....b  a  d
