Junkyard Nightclub

Not too crowded. Enough space to dance without hitting or rubbing up against strangers. A little pricey drinks but they have deals. A dollar off cover if you name drop.  I agree with the drugs comment. If you stay away from the drugs, it can be a fun place.

I'm not a big nightclub goer, but I decided to go out with some friends who were. I love the decor. The junkyard theme in itself is very original and works well for a nightclub. There was a $5 cover charge, and the dress code is pretty casual from what I could see. I spotted many people in jeans and casual tops. The music was alright, but for the most part, the mood remained pretty "chill" for the whole night. My girlfriend had commented that they were playing the same music they danced to four years ago and she wanted to hear more current songs. The barkeepers were attentive and friendly. In addition to the main bar, they have two other smaller bars by the dance floor. The drinks are served in 8oz disposable cups. One person in our party ordered a domestic beer and received a can rather than a bottle. There is a section off of the entrance with long couches for lounging, as well as several tables seating two or four around the bar areas. The restrooms were clean, as was the whole club in general. I would love to go back and try their food.
