I ordered the Roasted Turkey Club Sandwich with regular fries. Their fries are SO good! Very different than any other fries I've had. The sandwich was very good as well. Service could have been better. Pretty slow, but it was a busy night. The place looks nice and I'll definitely give it another shot.
Review Source:Visited on opening night and the place was packed. Â My wife and I ate in the loft area, a little noisy, but still Ok. It looks like they spent a ton of money renovating, and the place looked fabulous. There were TV's everywhere for sports fans, and a good view for all the games. Â The second / third floor has a small bar, and they had live music.
I ordered the Ruben sandwich, minus the sauerkraut and thousand island dressing, add some yellow mustard. Basically a corned beef sandwich. I upgraded to the chopped salad instead of fries. Â My wife had the chips with guacamole and salsa. The chopped salad was good, but I don't remember seeing that it had bacon before ordering. My corned beef sandwich had good swirl rye bread, but the meat portion was skimpy. The chips with guacamole and salsa were average. Â Seeing other food delivered to tables, and it looked great.
The menu is really goodt with reasonable prices. They are open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I'll have to try the breakfast soon.
Overall this is a great place to watch sports and have dinner. You can also catch a good band upstairs when available. Â This place is an excellent addition to the businesses in downtown Battle Creek, and they will give other sports bars a run for their money. Â I'll give them a break on my meal since it was opening night, but I'll be back to update my review.
