People raved about this place, but it wasn't as good as they said. We were late customers, but no one told us that until we started to order just an appetizer. We wanted to wait to order a main dish for a bit. That's when the waitress got a little nasty and told us the kitchen was closing soon. After that, it was like a race to get us out-- even though there were several there customers in there. The good was just okay. I wouldn't go back. Wish we had stayed at The Wine Bar for dinner instead.
Review Source:Our server (neil?) was great. We had stumbled in, forgetting that it was restaurant week, and we didn't have a reservation. Somehow we were seated immediately. I would have rather waited, or come a different night, because the draft from the door was so terrible. There was actually a shawl of some kind on my chair - I'm not sure if it had been left there by a patron, or was meant for that chilly spot. We decided to do the prix-fixe. I had the Misty Knolls chicken, and I just really did not appreciate the flavor. My boyfriend had salmon, and while that was very well cooked, the lentils it came with were quite crunchy. The dessert, however, was fantastic. sticky toffee pudding and some sort of bread pudding that had my boyfriend without a sweet tooth practically licking his plate. I'd come back for wine and dessert for sure!
