Opsahl's Tavern

As far as the interior of Opsahl's, it is very much a dive and pretty questionable. We live just down the street and order take-out often. The only thing I personally have ever ordered is the Gyro with Onion Rings. The lamb is perfectly seasoned and piled high. The onion rings are also great and they give you so many, you'll have to share with someone. My partner always gets the pizza, and I've tried it (it's great) They have a good sized menu, my only qualm is about dining there. This is more of a bar, it's extremely loud and you may even have to put up with some drunks while you wait. Based only on the food, I'd give them 4 stars. Based on the look and aesthetic cleanliness and service I have to go with a 3. The staff seem to have a bit of an attitude, which is probably a requirement in a bar setting in this neighborhood.

Opsahl's is a great bar to hang out a lunch time. They've got good prices - both on beer and food. If you're looking for a great place to go down by the bypass stop in and have lunch. When we were in town, I took my wife there; she loved the food and was amazed that we ate for the price of one.

Great food. They have a buffalo chicken pizza that is to die for!!! Great drink specials too.
