  Great Pizza, Garlic Rolls, & Wings ...I always stop by when I'm in town.
  
  Was happy to see pizza that was cooked properly and without the sugary sweet sauce that the big pizza chains use to cover up their low quality ingredients.
  
  Place is always super clean.
  
  Wish they sold beer to go with the wings though.

  After a morning of entertaining ourselves in the Everglades, we stopped into Valentino's for some lunch.  We shared a small pizza with 2 side salads.  The pizza was very good and the service was excellent.

  One of my husbands customer's took him to eat at Valentino's and he came home raving about it. We live in East Kendall and made 25 minute trek all the way to Valentino's so that I could try it.
  
  It's in an unassuming shopping center in the middle of the Redlands/Homestead. We went and placed our orders and waited about 15 minutes. It is VERY clean inside and has a young crowd behind the counter. It's not a dine-in restaurant so it it's best to order before you go. They have a large bench to sit on but it wouldn't be much more comfortable than eating inside your car. While we were there a couple of customers came to pick up orders so there is a lot of movement going on there. I hate when I go to a place that is consistently empty. It makes me feel like my food isn't fresh.
  
  My husband had the Steak Sandwich which he loved, and I had a small cheese pizza which was delicious. It is large enough to share with someone if you aren't very hungry. If you are famished, order one for yourself.
  
  Price was very reasonable.

  Best pizza in homestead without a doubt. chicken parmsan is awesome as well.
  
  Update: 6/3/12 They moved!!! new address is 33497 S. Dixie Hwy (in front of walmart by sonny's). They took the old spot of knead a pizza. They have added some seating as well.
