Wait staff is excellent. Only place with live music throughout the week. Food is good too and a decent draft beer selection.

Previous poster is right on, this place is a Bills bar so if you are going on a Sunday during football season keep that in mind.

I live 2 minutes away in Deerfield so I decided to stop here one night with a coworker and check it out, now I come occasionally to watch my football games on Sunday and Monday.  Just make sure you get there early on Sunday for football, because the place is PACKED by 1:00.  It's a Buffalo fan joint so expect the Bills on several TVs.

The place isn't an Irish Pub atmosphere so if that's what you're looking for, go elsewhere.  If you want a cold draft after work and some really tasty bar food this is the place.  The staff is very friendly and prompt, plus the food and drink is not over priced.
