Say it with me now, "SUNDAY FUNDAY!" Â This place is fantastic. Â The best part about it is you can go have an amazing time Saturday night and come right back on Sunday morning and have some of the best breakfast in the area with a beer.
I don't care of the karaoke but it does add a unique feel to the place and makes for all the more fun. Â I use to drive over from the university district to meet up with friends here and it was well worth the ride over the bridge. Â I couldn't recommend this place more for the Saturday night Sunday morning combo.
The only saving grace to this bar is their amazing karaoke DJ. He really offers some of the best karaoke service you could ask for. And I hate karaoke.
Karaoke aside, this bar is pretty terrible. In terms of bartending and clientele, your probably going to have a hard time having a good time here (unless you're already drunk). My friends frequent this place and every time you go in, it's filled with a bunch of douchebags (mainly during prime hours). And if the customers are total dbags, you can expect it to rub off a bit on the bartenders. On these nights, they were the only time I ever got bad service at the bar.
So if you're looking for a place to drink and grub, and you don't want to deal with dbags on a weekend, check out Three Lions Pub in Redmond. They've been there for decades and offer some amazing service and a much better environment. If it wasn't for their karaoke dj, this place would deserve a 1.
Great dive bar with plenty of friendly staff and patrons!
Karaoke 7 nights a week and dancing if theres enough people on the floor.
I will add one thing and that is I know the DJ and he is nothing like a certain reviewer would have you believe. Â
I was there that night sitting at the bar and you can choose to beleive reviews from Brian R. who has an obvious problem with his drinking since he initiated the problem with the DJ, then got cut off! Â Since he reviewed a lawyer for a past DUI. Â He should do a review of his attitude and then ones for AA and Anger Management classes while he is at it.
Seriously just come in and find out for yourself. Â All the staff and the DJ are always there to help you have a good time. Â Just do not bring a bad attitude with you.
Fridays and Saturdays can be super busy and very loud!!
If you want to sing more than once, Â I highly suggest you get there at 9pm.
If you want to sing a lot. Â Come in on the other nights. Â
The kitchen stays open later on Fridays and Saturdays. Â Otherwise closes at 10pm. Â
Seating is limited to and can be a problem if you are coming in with a group.
In this case, I know they take reservations for groups.
