World of Wines

I just went here for the first time.  A great selection of beers greeted me and the staff was really cool as well.  Another big perk is they let you bring food in from the local businesses so you can grub and enjoy your drinks.  I need to go back and give this place another whirl.  I felt like a kid in a candy store.

Can I rate lower than a 1 star, because that's how I felt about this place...
In search for Organic wines or white wine from France, I was lectured on the fact that no wine is truly free of sulfites after I explained that I was looking for a wine with "no added sulfites" or added preservatives.  Wines are WAY too pricey for what they are. The people here were VERY RUDE and SNOTTY about "thinking" they knew more about wine than I do. Granted I do not call myself a wine connoisseur, I am still learning, but I know enough and do NOT like being talked down to about wine.
I will NEVER be back to this place.

I initially liked this place, but the customer service was terrible enough for me to never go again and not recommend!  I ordered a bottle of wine at a tasting event about four months ago.  A couple months ago, I stopped by the store to ask about the status.  The guy told me he still had my info (phone number and proof of payment), which he did.  Said he'd call when the wine arrived.  Last week,Ii stopped in again to ask.  He had since lost my phone number and payment info and told me there was nothing he could do.  He said they never received the shipment of wine and his hands were tied.  I'm pretty sure I paid $20-$30 for the bottle (shame on me for losing the receipt!) and after ten minutes of arguing, he ended up giving me a $14 bottle from their shelf.  Customer service here is lacking!
