I was here for a friend's birthday party & it was good times.
Patrick's your standard pub: bar in the front area, another in the back which can be used for private parties, some plasmas here & there, and some video games.
The back room can be used for private parties, which can be good... or bad depending on how many hardcore alcoholics are invited to the party.
Service in the back bar was a little slow during the party, but it wasn't that big of a deal because we just went to the front bar which wasn't so busy & got our drinks really fast.
The drinks were strong, the drinks were cheap, and everyone got wasted & had a good time dancing to the DJ's the birthday girl booked for the night.
Patrick's gets 3 stars for stickin to the basics of providing good drinks, good service, and good prices.
Allowing a private party to take up half the place & bring in DJ's so all the invited guests can show off their finest drunken dance moves makes Patrick's Fine Food & Spirits A-OK in my book. I just gotta make sure I try the food & not just the spirits the next time I'm there.
Holla!!!â„¢
We entered in the restaurant and seated ourselves, as the sign told us to do. Â We sat near the bar. Â The waitress came by, cheerful, and got our drinks and left the menu. Â I immediately noticed that although the name is Irish and the decorations were Irish the only thing on the menu was the corned beef. Â I ordered a salad and a ruben. Â The salad immediately came out. Â Just as I was about to finish the other side of the salad I noticed something shocking, there was a piece of rotten lettuce in my salad. Â Not rusty, which would have been somewhat understandable, but rotten. Â I pushed the salad off to the side and after some time the waitress came by and I told her. Â She apologized and that was that. Â No offer to take it off the bill. Â We waited for another 30 minutes to get our ruben and corned beef sandwiches. Â Meanwhile, my husband was close to finishing his beer when I noticed something on the inside of the glass, there was a fruit fly in his beer! Â We got our food and I wasn't impressed. Â The corned beef in my ruben and my husband sandwich was rubbery.. as if it had been microwaved! Â The fries and pickel were delicious. Â We finished what we could and got the check, paid and that is the last time they will see our money.
