Buffalo Wild Wings

delicious, had a nacho burger. it wasnt as filling as i had thought. service was great. super loud and the wings are a bit expensive.

While an under utilized location, a recent snafu in my order proved it a solid choice for dinner. After picking up a to-go order, I noticed a side sauce + 6 traditional wings missing upon arriving home. After a phone call I was encouraged to come back, but living 15+ minutes from this location and dreading the 30 minute round trip return, I complained.

Assistant General Manager Marty Rovner not only listened, but compensated their error. After explaining my experience he gladly offered $15 in BWW coupons which arrived three days later via mail. I would gladly return to use these coupons as well as keep the North Aurora location in my contacts list. Cheers to a solid, accountable staff!
