I work for a small local business who provided some service for this restaurant . Even though it was the 1st time we did business for this place we still gave him 30 days to pay . Well that was back on 2/18/11 & now its 6/28/11 and our bill is STILL NOT PAID . When we stop there or call on the phone for our $$ we are just given the run around . Please do not eat here or please do not provide any service whatsoever for this guy without gettin cash up front . The General Manager HANI is a real piece of work - BEWARE !!!
Review Source:I have been to this location many times since it opened. Â The ownership has turned over a couple of times, and I am not a fan of the current management. Â The last few times we've come, they have not brought all our food at once. Â The waitress has consistently forgotten something and then, despite mentioning something is missing, has not returned with the forgotten food until we have already finished the rest of the meal. Â The waitresses are quite rude, they don't care much for customer service(actually seem annoyed that you might want a refill on a drink) and the manager/owner who often runs the register is quite surly. Â For a general pancake house experience, food-wise, it's no different than any of the other chain places. Â The food is ok...nothing special. Â Not the best in the world, but not the worst either. Â However, I would note - the quality does generally go down depending on how busy it is. Â We went today and were the only other people in there besides one other couple - the food was fine - in fact, the pancakes were awesome. Â But, when we've gone in with the morning rush, the breakfast food can be pretty bad- not fully cooked, doesn't usually look fresh, and can be exceedingly greasy. Â I've been to much better IHOP establishments...especially during busy hours. Â So, I'd say go to this one when it's dead inside...you'll get much better food and the waitresses are a bit nicer, and the irritable owner usually isn't there.
