The Peddler

Don't let the exterior of the restaurant discourage you, the food and especially the service are amazing!  The Peddler ribeye was superb.

This food is good but poor management. We were unsure of who our waiter was. We had someone new come to our table everytime and they were not busy at all. But overall it was a fairly good experience.

Was so unimpressed!!!! We went for the experience as well as the food and we got neither!!  The Peddler never came to cut the steaks table side. Three out of four steaks were cooked wrong. One of us ended up not eating a steak at all. We were later told that the Peddler does not come into the room where we were seated. You would think that the hostess would tell you that ahead of time. I would have waited for a table in the main dining room came back another night. The server was rude and had a smart answer for everything. Bad experience!!! If you are ever in Raleigh try the one there. 100 times better than this one!!!
