Pete's is your typical "hole in the wall" bar. But, I love the place. I've gone for years and can't find a nicer set of owners anywhere! Pete & "Mama" are great and they take care of the regulars there. We are greeted with a hug when it's been awhile, and I have joked around for years saying it's like our redneck version of "Cheers". I agree with Heather to a point, there have been fights there and some craziness at times, but not to the point that I would ever stop going. The place is a little rough around the edges if you're not used to it, but I'm pretty laid back and love the music and the people. I always ask them to play "Don't stop the rock," and I'm never disappointed.
But on a second note, the food during the day is pretty good and reasonably priced. So if you aren't into the bar scene, but would like a good meal check the place out during the day & say hi to Mama if she's working! :)
