Pier 27 River

This is a cute little bar along the Guadalupe River. It has a great patio, as well as plenty of indoor seating. Every time I've gone, there has been a band playing and they're always pleasantly talented. The bartenders are friendly, the indoor decor is kind of outdated (fake plastic trees), but the outdoor seating is beautiful. They have a great variety of craft beers, as well as all your Bud Light, Coors Light, etc., and pretty cheap wells.

This is one of my favorite bars back home. Seriously, if you're considering going out on this stretch of 27, choose Pier 27 (I honestly JUST realized that's why it's named that. Ha!) I know there are plenty of choices - Inn of the Hills, Guadalupe River Club, and Fritz's Saloon a little further down in Ingram, but this is the nicest, the friendliest, and definitely the cleanest.
