Pier House Restaurant & Motel

After I got married we had a small (8 people) wedding get together late at the Pierhouse on a Friday night. The waitresses and staff went out of their way to give us a great experience, even though we stayed late, they made sure we were happy and enjoying our night.

The food was great and the portion size was huge. Everyone at the table had enough food leftover to take some home. I had the Cajun chicken; others at the table had prime rib, broiled haddock and the fish fry.

Lots of us at the table had the Pomegranate Martini's and they are awesome!

The atmosphere is decorated obviously, in a nautical theme and the tables are not too close together, so you feel like you have some privacy when you're eating and socializing.

Overall, I'd highly recommend the Pierhouse. It's a cozy little small town restaurant with good food and nice atmosphere.

Our waitress was amazing.  She was so professional and made us feel valued and welcome.  My husband and I both ordered charbroiled pork chops.  They were served with potatoes, salad, fresh bread, and apple sauce.  The portions were very generous and everything was delicious!

I liked the cajun chicken at this place. The bar seemed good, too. I had wonderful service here.
