Normally I don't write after 1 visit to a new joint. But, there's an exception here.
It's as local as local gets....#1. Rustic in every way. What once was an old country store, is now what I consider the best little BBQ joint around here ...#2. Good ole southern hospitality ....#3.
The food was great. The meats were perfectly smoked and moist. I had the chicken and hubz had the pork. Uuh-mazing! Another treat, was the homemade chips and dip. Dear lord I could've ate my weight in those things. The deep fried green beans and pickles were kickin !! I feel like I'm going to bust as I write.
I can't wait to go back just for desert. Deep fried cupcakes? You were callin my name. Don't you worry though. I'll be back with my stretchy pants on,and we will get down to biz-niss!
You gotta check out Pike Place if you're passin thru, or make a special trip. Either way you'll be glad you did.
Best wishes to the owners !! You're doin Q the way it oughta be done!!
